Zagara Author Events all over the world with TNT Express or GLS. TNT and GLS do not deliver to a PO Box. Your order can be sent to an address of your choice (home, work, etc - not a PO Box). We usually ship within 4-5 hours for most items. Shipping times are clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Shipping times are usually 2-3 business days.

As usual, shipments include express service, transport costs, shipment tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the condition of the goods. We offer free delivery throughout the European Union on all orders over €50.

Once the ordered product has been shipped, the customer receives an e-mail from Soha Sardinia in which the shipment number will be specified and a direct link to DHL or TNT Express will allow tracking the status of the shipment. As per international laws governing import and export trade, all Soha Sardinia orders are shipped to various destinations from Cagliari, Italy, with an official invoice stating the exact total of goods purchased in Euros (or its equivalent in dollars or pounds). There is no way you can declare lower values ​​or pass off products as gifts as it is illegal for international import regulation.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Orders are shipped from Mediaplex sas, Cagliari, Italy, from Monday to Friday from 16.00 to 18.00 (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be handled on Monday. During public holidays, customers will be informed of any delays. In all cases, Zagara Eventi d'Autore reserves the right to delay shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control.

Customers are advised to check the package carefully before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, it is necessary to sign with reserve or refuse the package. If the box has been stopped with an unauthorized signature, or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, immediately make a complaint to your local TNT Express or GLS office and contact Zagara Eventi d'Autore Customer Service. If the package is not successfully delivered to the customer's address due to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong telephone number or address, absence at the delivery address, non-compliance with import regulations), as per trade agreements , the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the customer's expense, including any import taxes, shipping costs and storage costs that could be added for the return to Italy. These charges will be deducted from any refund. In addition, a 10% restocking fee will in any event be withheld from such refund. The administrative department will handle this within 30 days after receiving the package back. Zagara Eventi d'Autore reserves the right not to send packages to any address considered suspicious. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, we will be happy to accept the return of the item(s) purchased from our website within 15 days of receipt for an exchange of size/merchandise, refund or credit note.

We recommend returning items via TNT Express or GLS service to ensure they are protected and insured in transit. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for goods which are not returned via TNT Express or Gls. Returns that take place outside this time frame can be accepted at the discretion of Zagara Eventi d'Autore and can only be reimbursed as credit notes. Information for all return authorizations must originate from the same country as the original shipment.

The shipping costs of the first return are always free. The customer can choose between 3 types of compensation:

1) Exchange of article: it is possible to exchange the product only for a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. It is not possible to exchange the product for a different item.

2) Store Credit: the entire amount of the order can become a credit note. The credit note can be used only once within 90 days of the issue date. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Store Credit cannot be claimed during the sales period.

3) Refund: for orders paid by credit card, the amount will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the refund date. Timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account. A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted.

Once the return has been approved (all the conditions written on the return label must be followed), you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase or in another way decided by the customer (example: credit note ). Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process. Returns for refund are partial. Any import taxes (for packages sent from outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund. Furthermore, 10% of re-stocking costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Soha Sardinia. However, you can recover them by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not apply to all countries, it is recommended that you hire a customs broker should you wish to reclaim tax on returned goods.

The item(s) cannot have been altered in any way. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped, packed neatly, with all original tags, etc. Items shipped in the original boxes must be returned in the same boxes, and may not be used, damaged or altered in any way. In case you receive defective or incorrect goods, you must follow the instructions above.
