SHIPPING INFORMATION
Zagara Eventi d'Autore worldwide with TNT Express or GLS. TNT and GLS do not deliver to a PO Box. Your order can be sent to an address of your choosing (home, work, etc - not a PO Box). We usually ship within 4-5 hours for most items. Shipping times are clearly advertised at the time of purchase. Shipping times are usually 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
As usual, shipments include express service, transport costs, shipment tracking and signature on delivery to ensure the condition of the goods. We offer free delivery throughout Italy for all orders over € 99.00.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the ordered product has been shipped, the customer receives an email from Soha Sardinia specifying the shipping number and a direct link to DHL or TNT Express to monitor the status of the shipment. In case of delay in customs, the customer will be notified directly by TNT or GLS.
SHIPPING INVOICE
As per international laws regulating import and export trade, all Soha Sardinia orders are shipped to various destinations from Cagliari, Italy, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of the goods purchased in Euros (or its equivalent in dollars or pounds). It is in no way possible to declare lower values or pass products off as gifts as it is illegal for international import regulations.
WHEN WE DELIVER
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 days for most items unless otherwise stated on our website. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the shipment is dispatched. Zagara Eventi d'Autore is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs security processes. We are unable to re-route orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Orders are dispatched from Mediaplex sas, Cagliari, Italy, Monday to Friday 4pm to 6pm (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. During national holidays, customers will be notified of any delays. In all cases, Zagara Eventi d'Autore reserves the right to delay dispatch if the order cannot be dispatched for reasons beyond our control.
SAFETY
Customers are advised to check the package carefully before signing for delivery. If for any reason the package appears tampered with, it is necessary to sign with reservation or refuse the package. In case the box has been stopped with an unauthorized signature, or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, immediately file a complaint with the local TNT Express or GLS office and contact Zagara Eventi d'Autore Customer Service. If the package is not successfully delivered to the customer's address due to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong telephone number or address, absence at the delivery address, failure to comply with import provisions), as per commercial agreements, the package may risk being returned to Italy at the customer's expense, including any import taxes, shipping costs and storage costs that may be added for the return to Italy. These costs will be deducted from any refund. In addition, a 10% restocking fee will in any case be retained from such refund. The administrative office will handle this operation within 30 days after receiving the returned package. Zagara Eventi d'Autore reserves the right not to ship packages to any address considered suspicious. If you have any questions about this, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, we will happily accept the return of the item(s) purchased from our website within 15 days of receipt for a size/merchandise exchange, refund or credit note.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please write to info@zagaraeventidautore.com to request an Authorization Number within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Please let us know if you would like to receive an exchange for a different size/goods, a refund or a credit note. Once you have received your Authorization Number, items must be returned within 15 days of receiving them. Please complete the return label enclosed with your item by writing the Authorization Number and the reason for your return. Please note that Zagara Eventi d'Autore is not responsible for items not returned via TNT Express or Gls. The address to return products to is: Mediaplex sas Via Luigi Pasteur, 3 80026 - Casoria (Italy). We recommend returning items via TNT Express or Gls to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods not returned via TNT Express or Gls. Returns outside of this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Zagara Eventi d'Autore and may only be refunded as credit notes. Information for all return authorizations must originate from the same country as the original shipment.
RETURN OPTIONS
The shipping costs for the first return are always free. The customer can choose between 3 types of compensation:
1) Item exchange: it is possible to exchange the product only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the product for a different item.
2) Store Credit: The entire amount of the order can become a credit note. The credit note can be used only once within 90 days from the date of issue. It cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers. Store Credit cannot be requested during the sales period.
3) Refund: for orders paid by credit card the amount will be visible on the customer's credit card statement after a minimum of 30 days from the refund date. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account. A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted.
HOW TO GET A REFUND
Once the return has been approved (all conditions written on the return label must be followed), you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase or in another way decided by the customer (example: credit note). Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be completed by the bank, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this process. Returns for refunds are partial. Any import taxes (for parcels sent from outside the EU) are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the final refund. Additionally, 10% re-stocking fees will be deducted from the total amount of the order. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable through Soha Sardinia. However, you can recover them by contacting your local customs office directly. Since this may not apply to all countries, it is recommended that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back taxes on returned goods.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped, neatly packaged, with all original tags, etc. Items shipped in original boxes must be returned in the original boxes, and cannot be used, damaged, or altered in any way. In the event you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, you must follow the instructions above. Zagara Eventi d'Autore reserves the right to request photographic support of the defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for a full refund of shipping and import duties. Items showing any signs of use or wear will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All authorized returns of merchandise are subject to return inspection at the sole discretion of Zagara Eventi d'Autore. Depending on the conditions of the return, in the event of non-compliance with the Return Policies, all shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds for returns that do not follow these conditions may take up to 30 days to process.
